Cancellation Policy
Trailer Rental Policy Thank you for choosing us for your trailer rental needs. Please review the policy below before booking: Security Deposit A $100 refundable deposit is required for every rental. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded after the trailer is returned in good condition—clean, undamaged, and on time. Rental Rates Rental rates vary depending on trailer type and rental duration. Pricing will be clearly stated during the booking process. All rental fees must be paid in full before pickup. Pickup & Return Trailers must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us in advance. Trailer Condition All trailers must be returned: Clean and free of debris Without damage In the same condition as when rented Failure to meet these conditions may result in a partial or full loss of the deposit and possible additional charges. Renter Responsibility The renter is fully responsible for the trailer during the rental period. The trailer must be used safely and legally. Overloading, misuse, or illegal use may void the agreement and result in penalties. Insurance Requirement Proof of insurance is required for all trailer rentals. Insurance must cover liability and damage while the trailer is in your possession. You may use your own policy or purchase a temporary coverage policy if available. Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
